Payment Methods & Terms of service
Payment for products in our online store can be made in one of the following ways:
- by payment cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support online payments,
- or by cash on delivery, when paying in cash upon delivery within the territory of Montenegro.
Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Hipotekarna Banka, in a secure and certified manner through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering the payment card details.
After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, thereby approving the order and initiating the preparation process for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.
The transaction will be completed, and the amount debited from your account only when the products are prepared for shipping and handed over to the courier service. In the event that payment is not completed (i.e., the amount is not debited) within 14 days from the acceptance of your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the 14-day period expires, the funds reserved on your account will be released and made available to you again. After that, you may place the same or a new order and complete the payment.
Please check with the bank that issued your card whether your card supports online payments.
Applied Standards and Data Protection Processes
When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, applying the most advanced methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time are the payment card details available to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – The AllSecure Payment Gateway applies the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, ensuring safe purchasing for customers. Customers’ card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system, and the entry itself is protected by SSL encryption.
PCI DSS Standards – The AllSecure Payment Gateway is continuously aligned with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level for both merchants and customers. Since 2005, the system has been uninterruptedly certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest industry standard. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive cardholder data. PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder information throughout the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data on the merchant’s sales point, during communication between the merchant, relevant banks, and card organizations, as well as during the later storage of such data.
Refunds in Case of Card Payments
The customer is entitled to file a complaint in cases where:
- the product arrives damaged, torn, or with visible defects,
- an incorrect product has been delivered.
In such cases, the customer must contact us immediately upon receipt of the shipment via e-mail and provide photographs as proof. After confirming the validity of the complaint, we will ensure delivery of a correct product at our expense or issue a refund. Refunds are made exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard card used for payment. This means that our bank will, at our request, issue a refund to the cardholder’s account.
Exchanges
The customer may exchange a product for the same model in another size or color, provided the desired item is available.
In such cases, the customer bears the cost of return shipping and delivery of the replacement item.
Exchanges are possible only if the product is:
- unworn and unused,
- returned in its original condition and packaging, with the label attached.
Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in euros (€). If payment is made with cards issued by foreign banks, the transaction amount will be converted into the cardholder’s local currency, according to the exchange rate of Visa/MasterCard card companies.
